CHTNature is a vertically integrated OEM/ODM factory that combines raw material production with finished product processing. We specialize in providing high-quality dietary supplements to global clients, including capsules, gummies, liquids, powders, and other dosage forms.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Xi’an, China. We operate a 100,000-grade GMP-compliant clean production workshop and an independent quality control laboratory.
OEM/ODM Customization Process
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible to support both startups and established brands. The specific quantity depends on the product dosage form and formula. For instance, the MOQ for functional gummies is typically 2,000 bottles. Please contact us for detailed MOQ information on your product of interest.
Can I use my own formula? How do you ensure its confidentiality?
Absolutely. We welcome customers to provide their own formulas. Before we begin our partnership, we will sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to legally ensure the absolute security of your formula and all business information. The intellectual property of the product belongs entirely to you.
Can you help with packaging and label design?
Yes, we offer a one-stop OEM service that includes professional packaging and label design support. Our team can work with you to create consumer-appealing packaging based on your brand positioning and market needs, ensuring all label content complies with the regulatory requirements of your target market.

What is the lead time for an OEM order?
The lead time depends on the complexity of the order and the procurement time for packaging materials. Generally, the production cycle is about 3-4 weeks after the packaging design is confirmed and the advance payment is made. We will provide you with a detailed timeline.
Which countries can you ship to?
We have extensive experience in global logistics and can ship products safely and efficiently worldwide, including to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. We will assist you with all necessary export documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.
